MANUAL GEARED TROLLEY FOR CHAIN HOIST, Our Gear trolleys are made with high quality steel. High strength steel body and gear case are built to be durable for rugged needs of construction, mechanical and maintenance rigging. designed to be used with either manual hoist or electrical hoist. The gear trolley is used on a beam. Before installation, check that the supporting structure is capable of support the weight of the load, trolley and hoist. Hand chain allows back and forth horizontal movement of the gear trolley. The gear trolley will move in the opposite direction upon pulling the hand chain. Trolley have managed to meet the requirements of our valued customers by offering a quality geared trolley. The products are proof load tested. These units meet and exceed all the requirements within BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009

MANUAL GEAR TROLLEY Description
Manual trolleys are best suited for lighter cost effective jobs. Where as the geared trolley system will move heavy loads easily with a hand chain, the chain transmission brings the power to the wheels; meanwhile the load is balanced on four wheels. chain hoists with the same capacity rating can be attached to the trolley. The hand chains are zinc coated for long life. You mount the trolley simply by pushing it on the open girder without disassembling of the unit.
