MANUAL PLAIN PUSH TROLLEY FOR CHAIN HOIST, Hand push trolleys are made with high quality steel. hand push trolleys are cost effective alternative when used for low capacity applications. High strength steel body and gear case are built to be durable for rugged needs of construction, mechanical and maintenance rigging. Push Trolleys require manual handling to direct movement in a transverse direction. Hand-Pushed trolleys support a hoist with top hook or lug mounted suspensions and operate on a flat or tapered beam. They operate by manual handling and move horizontally on a beam. The products are proof load tested and supplied with a test certificate and user manual. These units meet and exceed all the requirements within BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009

PLAIN PUSH TROLLEY Description
Manual trolleys are best suited for lighter cost effective jobs. Where as the geared trolley system will move heavy loads easily with a hand chain, the chain transmission brings the power to the wheels; meanwhile the load is balanced on four wheels.
Our chain hoists with the same capacity rating can be attached to the trolley. The hand chains are zinc coated for long life. You mount the trolley simply by pushing it on the open girder without disassembling of the unit

The central load suspension system and the robust side plates go hand in hand to allow for a trolley that can take the demands of a big job. The suspension system works to divide the load evenly among the four wheels. The large forged steel plates enhance tilting protection and will work as cleaners, allowing the trolley to work with minor hindrances on the beam.
