wire rope winch is a hand operated lifting and pulling machine, it is operated by means of the forward or backwards levers using the handle supplied with the machine.
Wire rope winches are ideal for lifting, pulling & securing loads - they really are a versatile piece of equipment that will help you complete a range of tasks!
This wire rope winch is equipped with replaceable sheer pins to prevent overloading, and features a rope clamp system that can be disengaged to install the wire rope easily!

Japanese Vital wire rope pulling winch

• Can be used for any lifting, lowering or pulling job within the rated capacity of the machine. They are particularly useful for longer pulls and higher lifts as the length of steel wire rope can be increased to suit the job.
• Each winch is tested to 1.5 times the capacity.
• Each winch has a built-in shear pin which is designed to break at approximately 25% above the working load limit, this prevents excessive overloading. The pins can be replaced without releasing the load. Two spare shear pins are located in the carry handle.
• Standard length of steel wire rope is 10, 20 or 30 meters but custom lengths are available on request.
• The light weight aluminum alloy body is designed with a large flat bottom surface for increased stability in horizontal as well as vertical positions.

The manual wire rope pulling winch is a hand-operated pulling device suitable for pulling, tensioning and releasing in any direction. These winches are not to be used for lifting purposes.
